KIPFeR® is a dietary supplement based on Iron Hydroxide Adipate Tartrate IHAT™ that is absorbed as whole nanoparticles in the intestine and does not release ‘free’ iron, which is responsible for the gastrointestinal side effects observed with conventional oral iron supplements.
