- MSM (METHYLSULPHONYL METHANE): is a form of biologically active sulfur, suitable for food supplementation. Sulfur is found in the joints, as it is an essential component of cartilage.
- ASI (SOYA AND AVOCADO UNSAPONIFIABLE): published studies have shown its effectiveness in slowing down the degradation of the cartilage matrix.
- SAME (S-ADENOSIL-L-METHIONINE): is a coenzyme involved in the synthesis of serotonin and dopamine, neurotransmitters related to mood and pain perception.
- VITAMIN C: contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It contributes to the formation of collagen, which is essential for the normal functionality of cartilages.
