In compliance with the provisions of art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 “GDPR”, the company KOLINPHARMA S.p.A., in its capacity as data controller, would like to inform you that your personal data will be processed by the following means and for the following purposes:

For the purposes of this information notice, the term “common data” shall mean the biographical data and the contact data processed by the Controller to manage the online sales of KOLINPHARMA products and to send any commercial communications. Your personal data shall be processed in compliance with the rules set forth by the GDPR for the following purposes:  

  • A) management of the online sale contract stipulated through this Website
  • B) in case of explicit and separate consent, for additional promotional and marketing purposes by e-mail, including the subscription to the corporate newsletter, without disclosure to third parties

Your personal data shall be processed with the operations indicated in art. 4, paragraph 1, no. 2) of the GDPR and specifically: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, alteration, selection, extraction, comparison, use, combination, restriction, disclosure, erasure and destruction of the data.   • to employees and associates of the Controller, in their capacity as designated subjects;
  • to third-party companies that provide IT services to the Controller for purposes related to the maintenance of and support to the Website;

  1. Disclosure of the data

The personal data thus collected will not be disseminated, sold to or exchanged with third parties in any way.
